On a just-the-right-amount-of-chill in the air November evening, The Supper Club gathered at the sophisticated minimalist space of One65. Nearby the bustling shopping district of Union Square, holiday preparations were in full swing. I love the liveliness of city streets, but going up the elevator into One65 was perfectly peaceful. The event space was tended to by experienced charming French Waiters, eagerly delighted to help make your experience perfect. As members arrived, the wine was poured, cocktails made, and the delectable appetizers began to make their appearance. Cozy warmth filled the event space as everyone took their seats. Joyous laughter filled the dining room, stories were told, and memories were created.
I was later able to gain access to the kitchen. While respecting the space of the chef and cooks, I was granted the space to document them creating their masterpieces. The energy in a top of the line kitchen with skilled chefs is unmatched. As an observer, it is equally dizzying & dazzling. Nothing can stop their seemingly synchronized rhythm.
The night continued on with eating, drinking, mingling and connection. I absolutely love being surrounded by this jovial energy. It always helps me focus on capturing the very best photos!
